Nick Puente has dedicated the past 16 years to serving seniors and their families in Tucson, establishing himself as an expert in senior living care. With a profound passion for aiding clients through the complex transition to long-term care, Nick has guided hundreds of families with his extensive knowledge and expertise in the geriatric care industry. His deep understanding of senior living makes him an invaluable resource for SLF clients and referral sources.
Nick holds a Master's degree in Counseling from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona. Beyond his work in senior care, Nick is committed to mental health advocacy. He provides part-time therapy services to adults facing mental health challenges and addiction, further showcasing his dedication to improving the well-being of those he serves.
Jayla Rubinelli
Jayla Rubinelli joined SLF in 2020 and has quickly become an integral member of the team. With a strong commitment to client care, Jayla collaborates closely with clients, families, and referral sources to ensure a seamless and stress-free transition to senior living. Their dedication to providing exceptional care and attention to every client has been instrumental in creating a meaningful and positive experience for those they serve. Jayla's expertise and passion for senior living care make them a vital asset to the SLF team.
Jean Loney, MS, CCM, LPC
Jean has been a case manager for the past 20+ years in various settings in Tucson including the ALTCS program, mental health programs, and rehabilitation hospitals. She has worked tirelessly to advocate for individuals in order to get the appropriate care and services they needed to maintain their independence and dignity. Her experience spans home and community-based clients, assisted living and skilled nursing facility clientele. Jean has a Master’s Degree from the University of Arizona in Counseling as well as her Bachelor’s Degree from Wright State University. She is passionate about ensuring each individual is heard, spending time getting to know their needs, and working with them to find the best placement option.
Christianna Bursick
Christianna recently joined the SLF team and is currently pursuing her Bachelor's in Social Work. With over two years of experience as a case manager in Tucson, Christianna has developed a deep understanding of the unique needs of older adults. Her work has focused on connecting individuals from diverse communities with resources that align with their personal goals and well-being. Christianna is dedicated to fostering independence and enhancing the quality of life for those she serves, ensuring they have access to the support they need to thrive.
Through her compassionate approach and strong advocacy skills, Christianna has built meaningful relationships within the Tucson community.
